This Partner Referral Programme Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing participation in the Scoop and Tidy Partner Referral Programme.
By participating in the programme, partners agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.
The Scoop and Tidy Partner Referral Programme allows local businesses operating in England, UK (sole traders, non-profit charities, or limited companies) to earn referral rewards by introducing new customers to Scoop and Tidy’s dog waste removal services.
Partners may include, but are not limited to:
• Dog walkers
• Pet sitters
• Pet boarding services
• Dog groomers
• Gardeners and landscapers
• Pet-related businesses
Partners will receive a unique referral link, code, or tracking method to identify customers referred to Scoop and Tidy.
Partners are eligible for the following rewards.
Partners will receive:
£50 for each successful referral that results in a customer signing up to a recurring Scoop and Tidy service subscription.
A referral is considered successful when:
• The customer signs up using the partner’s referral link or code, or the partner is clearly identified as the referral source.
• The customer completes their first paid recurring service.
• The customer remains an active paying subscriber beyond the first service.
• The customer has not cancelled their subscription within 30 days of the first paid service.
Referral bonuses do not apply to one-off or deep-clean services.
Scoop and Tidy may limit the number of referral rewards payable to a partner within a given period if unusual referral patterns are detected.
Once a partner has generated five (5) successful recurring service referrals, they become eligible for Tier 2 commission rewards.
Under Tier 2, the partner will receive:
10% monthly commission on the active recurring subscription value of newly referred customers, payable for as long as the referred customer remains an active subscriber.
Upon reaching Tier 2 status:
• The £50 referral bonus will no longer apply to any new referrals made after this point
• All new successful referrals will qualify only for the 10% ongoing monthly commission
The £50 referral bonus and the 10% monthly commission cannot be combined or stacked for the same referral.
Any £50 referral bonuses earned before reaching Tier 2 will remain valid and will be paid according to the programme payment terms.
Referral rewards are calculated on active, paid subscriptions only.
If a referred customer cancels or fails to pay, any unpaid commission relating to that customer will not be due.
Referral payments are processed as follows:
• Payments are issued monthly.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer.
• The partner must provide accurate payment details.
• Scoop and Tidy reserves the right to delay payment if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Scoop and Tidy may apply a minimum payout threshold before issuing payments.
If a referred customer receives a refund, chargeback, or cancellation that reverses the payment used to qualify the referral reward, Scoop and Tidy reserves the right to adjust or reclaim any associated referral payment.
Referral Validation
Scoop and Tidy reserves the right to review and validate all referrals before issuing referral rewards. Referral rewards will only be payable for genuine new customers who independently sign up for Scoop and Tidy services and maintain an active paid subscription beyond the qualifying period.
Scoop and Tidy may withhold or reverse referral payments where there is reasonable evidence of:
• Artificial, incentivised, or coordinated signups
• Referrals created primarily for the purpose of generating referral rewards
• Abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity
All decisions regarding referral validity are final and at the sole discretion of Scoop and Tidy.
Referrals may be tracked using:
• Unique referral links
• Referral codes
• Signup forms identifying the referring partner
• Manual verification
If multiple partners claim the same referral, the referral will be credited to the partner whose referral link or code was used during signup, or otherwise determined by Scoop and Tidy.
Scoop and Tidy’s decision regarding referral attribution is final.
Partners may promote Scoop and Tidy through:
• Personal recommendations to clients
• Social media posts
• Website links
• Email communication
• Word-of-mouth referrals
Partners must not:
• Misrepresent Scoop and Tidy services
• Provide misleading information about pricing or service availability
• Use spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or deceptive marketing tactics
• Impersonate Scoop and Tidy or present themselves as employees of the company
Scoop and Tidy reserves the right to request removal of any promotional activity that does not align with the company’s standards.
Referral rewards apply only to customers located within Scoop and Tidy’s active service areas, which may include:
• Sutton
• Carshalton
• Wallington
• Cheam
• Banstead
• Surrounding areas as indicated on the service area webpage.
Service areas may change over time.
Partners may not refer themselves or create artificial referrals for the purpose of earning referral rewards.
Scoop and Tidy may, at its discretion, treat referrals of a partner’s own household, employees, or immediate family members as self-referrals and therefore ineligible for rewards.
Any attempt to manipulate the programme, including creating duplicate accounts or referring members of the same household for financial gain, may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of rewards.
Referral rewards apply only to new Scoop and Tidy customers who have not previously used the service.
Existing customers who upgrade, resume service, or change service plans do not qualify as new referrals.
Scoop and Tidy reserves the right, at any time, to:
• Modify referral rewards
• Adjust commission structures
• Update programme rules
• Suspend or discontinue the programme
Where possible, partners will be notified of significant changes in advance.
Scoop and Tidy may terminate a partner’s participation in the programme if:
• The partner violates this Policy
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected
• Promotional activity damages the Scoop and Tidy brand
Upon termination:
• Future referral commissions will cease
• Previously validated referral payments will still be honoured
Partners may also withdraw from the programme at any time.
Participation in the referral programme does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the partner and Scoop and Tidy.
Partners act as independent referrers only.
Scoop and Tidy is not responsible for:
• Costs incurred by partners when promoting the programme.
• Business losses related to referral activity.
• Claims made by third parties based on partner communications.
Partners remain responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Partners must not offer, promise, or provide any improper payment or other benefit to third parties in connection with this programme, and must comply with applicable anti-bribery laws.
Partners must comply with UK GDPR and data protection regulations.
Partners must not:
• Share personal client information without consent
• Submit client details without the client’s permission
All customer data collected by Scoop and Tidy will be handled according to the Scoop and Tidy Privacy Policy.
By signing up to the Scoop and Tidy Partner Referral Programme, partners confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
