🟢 About Our Service
Yes. We thoroughly walk through your entire outside area - front, back, and side gardens, including flower beds -removing all visible dog waste.
Yes. We work in every season and almost all weather. We only pause during heavy snow, ice, or storms.
We may adjust schedules on major holidays and will always notify you a week in advance. Please note, we are closed for 2 weeks between Christmas and New Year, and this is of course reflected in a reduced December fee.
Also, if you will be out of town for the holidays and your dog won't be using the garden, please notify us at least one week in advance so that you will not be charged for any visit(s) that week.
Yes. You can book a single cleanup or choose regular visits.
Most people choose weekly, but we also offer twice weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-off visits. We can set up a schedule that works for you.
For weekly cleanups, we’re usually done in 8–15 minutes, depending on your garden size and number of dogs. If we visit less often, it can take a bit longer - waste has a way of piling up!
🟢 Safety and Pets
Safety is one of our top priorities. Before each visit, we clean our tools and shoes with pet-safe kennel-grade sanitiser, wear fresh gloves and shoe covers to avoid spreading germs, and make sure gates are closed, for which we send you a photo as proof for peace of mind. Lastly, our staff is trained to look for abnormalities in your pet’s waste, which can be early signs of illness. We will alert you promptly if we notice anything unusual so your dog can see a vet for expert care.
We love dogs, but for the safety of our team, we prefer pets to stay inside during our visit, as even friendly dogs can be unpredictable. If you’ve chosen complimentary deodorising services, it’s best to keep your dog indoors for at least 1 hour while the product dries.
Yes, please let us know if your dog is sick. This helps us take extra precautions to protect both our team and your pet.
🟢 Access to Your Garden
You can give us a key, lock code, or arrange another way to let us in.
Yes. We need a way to access your garden from the outside without entering your home, as our insurance doesn’t cover that. Don’t worry- we’ll treat your property with care.
No. As long as we can access the garden from the outside, you don’t have to be there.
🟢 Scheduling
We try to fit your preferred day whenever we can, but our routes are planned the night before to stay efficient and keep prices affordable - so we can’t promise a specific day. For parties or special events, give us a heads-up and we’ll do our best to help
Yes. We’ll let you know when to expect us and send updates when we’re on the way or done.
Yes. Just let us know at least a week in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule.
🟢 Pricing and Payments
Prices start from £20.32 per visit for 1 dog on a weekly schedule and vary based on the number of dogs and visit frequency. We pre-bill monthly at the start of each month. Contact us for a personalised quick, free quote.
Yes - we may charge a little extra if your garden hasn’t been cleaned in over 2 weeks, as more piles will have been built up and thus take longer to clean. But don’t worry, new signups to our weekly or biweekly service can often take advantage of our free first cleanup promotion that might be running at that time!
No contracts. You can start or stop anytime.
To make life easier, we pre-bill at the start of each month. All we need is a card on file before your first cleanup, and we’ll take care of the rest!
If you start in the middle of the month, we’ll pro-rate your first bill so you only pay for the remaining visits that month. After that, we continue with our regular monthly billing at the start of each month.
New customers who signed up with our 'Free First Cleanup' offer:
No payment is required for your initial free cleanup. After your first visit, if you decide to continue with our weekly or biweekly service, we’ll set up monthly pre-billing and prorate your first month if needed. Ongoing service will begin once payment is confirmed. You can cancel or pause anytime.
🟢 Professional Standards
We double-bag it in leak-proof, biodegradable bags and place it in your bin, following local council rules.
Let us know right away, and we’ll come back to fix it.
Yes. We’re fully insured and run a professional, reliable service.
